Performance opportunities over the year:

Autumn term

Purple Harmony carol singing in the local community
Christmas concert at school for choirs and instrumental groups

Spring term

Spring concert for choirs, instrumental groups and year 6 soloists
Spring singing in the local community
Young Voices for Purple Harmony and Choir

Summer term

Summer concert for choirs, instrumental groups and year 3,4,5 soloists
Year 6 end of year production

In addition to the above performance opportunities children are welcome to perform in music lessons to their classmates, to the school in singing assemblies etc. 

Private music lessons

We have a number of fantastic peripatetic teachers who come into school. Including: piano, guitar, drums, clarinet, saxophone, flute and singing.

Please email music@ravenscote.surrey.sch.uk with your child's name, class and the instrument they are interested in learning, so we can connect you to the teachers. 

Payments are made direct to private teachers or through Surrey Arts.

 

We also have Rocksteady come in to deliver band sessions.
